This notice is to provide you with formal documentation regarding the business relationships and shared ownership between the technology platform you are utilizing and licensed real estate providers.
OLA Technology LLC (“OLA”) is a technology company. OLA owns and operates the Homing technology platform and software service (the “Homing Service”], including any automated features, interactive artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and the Homing Concierge. OLA is not a licensed real estate brokerage firm
West Sound Properties, Inc. (“WPI”) is a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Washington
OLA and WPI are business partners. Each entity may refer you to the services of the other and certain services of one entity may be implemented by, and/or integration with, the other.
The ownership interest of OLA includes one or more individuals who are licensed real estate brokers affiliated with WPI. Because of this dual relationship, if you choose to utilize WPI’s real estate brokerage services, or if WPI refers you to another real estate firm, that transaction may provide a financial or other personal benefit to the ownership of OLA.
Estimated Range of Charges
You are NOT required to use WPI real estate brokerage services as a condition of using the Homing platform. You are entirely free to shop around to ensure you are receiving the best possible real estate brokerage services and competitive rates.
If you choose to work with WPI, the estimated fees for settlement services are outlined below:

| WPI | Brokerage Referral Fees | WPI may receive or share a standard broker-to-broker referral fee (typically 20% to 35% of the earned commission) pursuant to a cooperative brokerage agreement. |
