This notice is to provide you with formal documentation regarding the business relationships and shared ownership between the Homing technology platform you are utilizing and licensed real estate providers.
OLA Technology LLC (“OLA”) is a technology company.
Homing RE LLC dba Homing is a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Washington. Homign RE LLC operates the Homing technology platform and software service (the “Homing Service”], including any automated features, interactive artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and the Homing Concierge. Your use of the Homing Service as a consumer is subject to its Terms of Use and does not include real estate brokerage services.
Estimated Range of Charges
You are NOT required to use Homing RE LLC real estate brokerage services as a condition of using the Homing platform. You are entirely free to shop around to ensure you are receiving the best possible real estate brokerage services and competitive rates.
If you choose to work with Homing RE LLC for real estate brokerage services, the estimated fees for settlement services are outlined below:

| Brokerage Referral Fees | Homing RE LLC may receive or share a standard broker-to-broker referral fee (typically 20% to 35% of the earned commission) pursuant to a cooperative brokerage agreement. |
