Homing is a property technology platform provided by Homing RE LLC.

Homing Concierge and other AI-assisted features provide automated informational, analytical, and administrative support for your use of the Homing Services as a consumer. Homing Concierge and the Homing Services do not provide real estate brokerage services, legal advice, financial advice, valuation opinions, negotiation advice, offer-strategy recommendations, or purchasing recommendations. Any real estate brokerage services provided to you as a client of Homing RE LLC are subject to separate terms of agreement for such services.

Concierge may use information from your Homing workspace, including your saved homes, notes, reactions, decision status, tours, and chat messages, to respond to your questions. Homing captures and reviews Concierge conversations and AI-generated responses to improve the service, debug issues, and monitor quality and compliance.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, detailed financial account information, medical information, or other sensitive information.

Your use of Homing and Concierge is subject to the Homing Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
