Homing Concierge and other AI-assisted features provide automated informational, analytical, and administrative support for your use of the Homing Service. They do not provide licensed real estate brokerage services, legal advice, financial advice, valuation opinions, negotiation advice, offer-strategy recommendations, or purchasing recommendations.

Concierge may use information from your Homing workspace, including your saved homes, notes, reactions, decision status, tours, and chat messages, to respond to your questions. Homing captures and reviews Concierge conversations and AI-generated responses to improve the service, debug issues, and monitor quality and compliance.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, detailed financial account information, medical information, or other sensitive information.
