Homing is provided by OLA Technology LLC (“OLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use Homing.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide or create when using Homing, including:

  • account information, such as your name, email address, and login information provided through our authentication provider;
  • saved homes, imported homes, searches, buckets, rankings, reactions, notes, tours, and other decision-support activity;
  • Concierge conversations, AI-generated responses, CTA requests, referral requests, feedback, and messages you send through Homing;
  • representation settings or broker information you choose to provide;
  • technical and usage information, such as device/browser information, IP address, pages or features used, event logs, errors, and timestamps;
  • information from third-party service providers or property-data sources needed to provide Homing features.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, detailed financial account information, medical information, or other highly sensitive information into Homing.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure Homing;
  • save and display your My Homes workspace, notes, reactions, tours, searches, and related decision-support features;
  • provide AI-assisted features such as Homing Concierge and Tour Debrief;
  • send emails you request or enable, such as referral emails, CTA requests, saved-search updates, or product feedback;
  • debug issues, analyze usage, improve features, and evaluate product-market fit during the early access program;
  • monitor Concierge and AI-generated responses for quality, safety, and compliance;
  • prevent misuse, enforce our Terms, and protect Homing, users, and others.

We also capture and review app usage, Concierge conversations, AI-generated responses, saved-home decision state, notes, reactions, CTA requests, referral requests, and related technical logs to improve Homing, debug issues, and monitor quality and compliance.

3. AI features and human review

Homing Concierge and other AI-assisted features may use your Homing workspace context, including saved homes, notes, reactions, buckets, tours, and chat messages, to respond to your requests.

Concierge conversations and AI-generated responses may be stored and reviewed by the Homing team. We use this review to improve the product, debug issues, and monitor quality and compliance.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate Homing, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, AI model providers, mapping/routing providers, and property-data providers. These providers process information for us so we can provide, support, secure, and improve Homing.

We may also share information:

  • when you ask us to, such as when submitting a CTA request, referral request, or broker-related inquiry;
  • with a brokerage partner or real estate professional when needed to respond to a request you make through Homing;
  • to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government request;
  • to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent misuse;
  • in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

We use cookies, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember app state, measure and understand usage, debug issues, and improve Homing.

6. Email preferences

You may opt out of non-essential marketing or update emails using unsubscribe links where provided or by contacting us. We may still send service-related messages, such as account, security, transactional, or operational communications.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and operate Homing, improve the product, debug issues, monitor quality/compliance, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We may retain backups, logs, and audit records for a period of time after account deletion where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, debugging, or legal purposes.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request to deactivate your account, or request deletion of account data by contacting us at:

We will review and respond to reasonable requests, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, operational, and compliance needs.

9. Children

Homing is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links and services

Homing may link to third-party websites or services, including property listing sites, authentication providers, mapping services, email providers, AI providers, and property-data providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by email.
